Refund Policy

All payments made to SMMSELEX are non-refundable.

Once a deposit has been added to your account, it cannot be returned to the original payment method.

Refunds are only issued in the form of account balance if an order cannot be completed by the system or provider.

Orders that have already started processing cannot be canceled or refunded.

Users are responsible for placing orders with correct links and quantities.
