Funds added to your account balance are non-refundable once they are deposited. By adding funds to your account, you agree that the balance will be used only for services available on our platform.

If an order cannot be delivered or fails to start, the amount will be automatically refunded to your SMMSELEX account balance.

3. Partial Delivery

If an order is partially delivered due to technical reasons, the remaining balance for the undelivered portion will be refunded to your account balance.

4. Incorrect Orders

SMMSELEX is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by users, such as entering the wrong username or link. Please ensure all information is correct before placing an order.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee permanent results. Social media platforms may remove likes, followers, or views at any time.

6. Chargebacks

Users who open a chargeback or dispute against SMMSELEX will have their account permanently suspended. Any remaining balance may also be removed.

7. Contact Support

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact our support team before requesting a dispute or chargeback.
